Show Me Your Way!

Today, with the beauty of this changing season on the horizon, I find myself in the midst of a personal change occurring at the same time. Maybe some of you find yourself in the midst of a change yourself. It is as if my heart and soul are in the midst of an adjustment dilemma. How do you embrace a new truth in your life that redefines all of your tomorrows? The answer finally came to me, God’s truth is still the same! He can still be trusted, so I am looking up as I prayerfully declare, ”Show me YOUR way!”

Show me your way Lord…
when things are clear and precise, or when they are dark and grey, let me keep my eye on your path.

Show me your way Lord…
when things are hazy, and the fog has settled in, let me never look side to side, but keep my eyes directly focused forward.

Guide me Lord…
let me always see YOUR truth. Keep my ears tuned to your heart. Let me hear my Saviors voice all the day long so that my hope lies only with you.

Let me ever remember Lord…
the memories of our past. Your great love and mercy has sustained me since my youth. Help me to move forward, as you redefine my path, with no fear of what that might mean. Let me freely follow your plan, and love you every step.

Precious words, Regina. Why do we always need reminding that if we ask, God will give us all that we need. You take care!

Maybe, like with our own kids, we just need to hear a parents reminder that we are safe and secure…no matter what unexpected event has just come across our path. Home is safe!
Thanks so much for your comments Bev!!! So appreciate you!
